FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's the fastest way to get a price?
Start an Instant Estimate: choose the service, describe the tree and how a truck reaches it, and leave your details. You'll get a realistic range immediately, and we follow up to confirm the plan.
Do you actually have arborists on staff?
Yes — that's the whole idea behind the name. Assessments, pruning specs, and removal calls are made by people trained in tree biology, not just handed to whoever's holding the saw.
How soon can you respond after a storm?
Our emergency line runs 24/7. When wind or ice comes off the Blue Ridge, trees on homes and blocked drives are triaged first, before routine cleanup.
Is the debris cleanup included?
On almost every job, yes. Prefer to keep the firewood or a load of wood chips for the beds? Let us know when we finalize the estimate and we'll leave it.
Will you save the tree if it can be saved?
That's our default. Structural pruning, cabling, and monitoring often beat removal — and cost you less. We recommend removal only when the risk or decline genuinely warrants it.
Can you work Paris Mountain slopes and tight downtown lots?
Regularly. Foothill grades and narrow North Main and West End lots both take planning — we sort rigging, access, and equipment before a boot hits the property.
Which areas do you cover?
The Greenville metro and greater Upstate — Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Easley, Travelers Rest, Fountain Inn, and out toward Anderson and Spartanburg.
Do you take on HOA and commercial accounts?
We do. HOAs, office parks, retail, and multi-family properties get scheduled maintenance, clean documentation, and priority when a storm rolls through.
